Ramyun Cup Noodles

Here is a recipe for those who want to cook at home:

1 piece of chicken breast meat (200 gms). 1 packet of noodles is small. Like 1 cup of chicken stock. Adakuchi 3-4 pieces. Garlic 2 corners. 2 green-onion leaves (lower part should be omitted). 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of vinegar. The spice that comes with noodles – half a teaspoon. To serve 1 handful of carrots (Julian cut or cut into long thin slices). 1 soft boiled egg (peeled). 1 handful of vegetables (fried in chicken frying oil). 1 handful of chopped onion leaves.

For seasoning chicken meat: 1 piece of chicken breast meat (200 gms). 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Half a teaspoon of red chili powder. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon. 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Like salt to taste. Half a teaspoon of sugar.

Method:

Put ginger and garlic powder, onion leaves, salt, and black pepper powder in 4 cups of water in a pan. When the water boils, boil the chicken for five to six minutes. Then remove the chicken and set it aside. Drain the water or stock of this chicken, put it in the oven, and put it in the oven. However, there is no need to take it off the stove to keep it hot.

Boil the noodles on the other side and add water. Boil the eggs for three to four minutes in cold water and remove the shell. Sprinkle with seasoned chicken seasoning.

Heat a little sesame or soybean oil in a pan and fry the meat lightly on both sides till half an inch thick. Fry the spinach in the same oil.
